We are recruiting our first Digital Marketing Specialist to assist our company in managing and maintaining digital marketing requirements. This is primarily a content management role, with support required for event planning. We’re looking for someone who is motivated, self-driven, creative and passionate about driving business growth through marketing initiatives.

Planning, communicating and implementing a digital marketing plan and strategY
Identify new customers and revenue opportunities
Manage marketing budgets
Develop and manage organic and paid advertising campaigns across various channels including social media, website and CRM.
Strategize a long term content calendar to align with campaign/ brand strategies to drive traffic, engagement and conversions.
Direct and coordinate content management working with a production agency to deliver impactful campaigns
Analyse content reach and performance and report progress to stakeholders.
Facilitate event planning

Experience in marketing field with examples of previous successful campaigns, desirable but not essential if a graduate
Strong knowledge managing social media content and paid campaigns including Tiktok & Meta Ads Manager.
Experience in implementing and executing SEO and SEM strategy is highly desirable
Open to entry level candidates with some previous work experience / internship preferred
